Company Background

Graham Dack CEOGraham Dack & Company was formed by Graham Dack in May 2004 and during that same year took over the practice of Brian Hawden and Company. In 2005 the Firm expanded from March into Chatteris when it became a successor practice to Battersby James Solicitors.

In 2009 we moved our March offices from 60 High Street to 36 Broad Street at the centre of the town where we hope the improved location and accessibility (our offices are now located wholly on the ground floor of the building) will benefit our clients.

The Firm offers advice and assistance on a wide variety of legal problems for both Private and Commercial Clients.

Investment in modern information technology enables clients to obtain initial advice online if required and payments for this service can be made online via Paypal (no paypal account is required for credit / debit card transactions). We also accept payments by credit or debit card and for the clients convenience we can take payments over the telephone on our Chatteris office number.

We would like to include at this point that although we always endeavour to offer the best possible service, if, for any reason you are unhappy about any aspect of work carried out for you our Firm’s Principal and Fee Earners will deal with these issues constructively and sympathetically. Our Firm operates a formal complaints procedure in accordance with regulatory provisions and if all else fails the client has the right to refer a matter to the Legal Services Ombudsman.

We appreciate at all times that legal issues can often be stressful and in some cases cause the client emotional turmoil. We try to ensure that the assistance we offer limits that stress as much as possible and try to bring matters to a satisfactory close as quickly as we are able.
