This service is intended as an accessible and affordable way for clients to obtain independant advice regarding legal matters. We can usually advise on all matters and topics covered by our website.
 

Advice Service Notes.

On submission of your query we will provide you with a response (within 48 working hours or less) up to approximately 800 words with a note on how we recommend you may wish to proceed if necessary.

All submissions are viewed and responded to by qualified solicitors, legal executives or conveyancers in the case of some property queries.

If you have submitted documents by email please note that these will only be read by one of our legal team if you have selected a 'with documents' package. A basic with documents package allows for up to 3 documents with a total page count of no more than 12. (This is approximately as many documents as could be reviewed during an office based fixed fee interview).

We will always endeavour to respond to your query as quickly as possible. However, if you have not heard back from us within 72 working hours of your submission please contact us at enquiries@grahamdack.com

All responses are fully dependant on the accuracy and full submission of details by the client.
We recommend that each client obtain legal advice based on a full and frank discussion of all the circumstances involved in each matter by personal appointment.
This advice is intended solely for use in England and Wales and is suitable only for individuals and small businesses.
We reserve the right to refuse any submission and to refund all monies paid in full to the client if we choose to exercise that right.
